Halloween Fall Fest

Are you ready for an evening of fun fall festivities in the park? Join Columbus Parks and Recreation at Donner Park on October 26 for family fun and take a trip down the Donner Trick-Or-Treat Trail.
Fieldhouse Recreation Days
All Ages | 2:30-4:30pm | Circle K Fieldhouse at NexusPark
Drop-in to the Circle K Fieldhouse for an afternoon of fun! Sports and recreation equipment will be set up and available to enjoy for free. Areas will be available for group games as well as self-directed recreation activities. Ages 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Join Columbus Parks and Recreation and Old St. Nick himself at The Commons on December 7 from 12-2:30pm. December 7th Downtown Columbus will be the local hotspot for holiday festivities! Before the Annual Festival of Lights Parade, Santa will be available to meet with all the good children of Columbus to hear their Christmas wishes and take a photo. Bring your own means of capturing a photo! Co-sponsored with the Columbus Park Foundation.

Disc Golf Putting League
All Ages | Thursdays | January 2 – February 27 | 6-8pm | Circle K Fieldhouse at NexusPark
Drop in on Thursday evenings during January and February for 3 rounds of putting practice and friendly competition. Participants can come to any or all of the putting nights, and prizes will be awarded to top scorers. The league is divided into two four-week sessions and scores will be tracked through the sessions. Bring five of your favorite putters, or if you are a beginner, you are welcome to use loaner discs provided by the club.
Drop-in is available, but registering in advance is highly encouraged!

Festival of the Young Child “BUILDING Strong Minds”
Ages 8 & Under | April 12 | 10am | Circle K Fieldhouse at NexusPark
Join Parks and Recreation and Children Inc. as we celebrate the 55th annual Festival of the Young Child. This year we will be BUILDING Strong Minds. Festival of the Young Child is an event celebrating the youth of Columbus. Community organizations and businesses that focus on serving young children and their families all work together to put on an event that celebrates children 8 and under. Additionally, this is an informational opportunity where families can interact with and learn about the different resources available to them in town. This year, we are BUILDING Strong Minds and the games and activities will all be themed around building. Drop in to the fieldhouse for FREE games, activities, and information!
