Introduction to Yoga

In Introduction to Yoga the students will learn about the four components of yoga: Breath, Posture, Sequence, and Terminology; along with the four elements of nature: Earth, Air, Fire, Water. Benefits: Helps transform lifestyles.

Vinysa Yoga
Fridays | July 2-August 13 | 10- 10:45am | $80 | Ages 13+
Smooth, continuous flow of movements with no set sequence. The movements are linked closely to breath and the nature elements to attain a balance between body, mind, and spirit. Benefits:  Increased flexibility, mental focus, cardiovascular conditioning, calorie-burn and muscle development.
