When will I hear from my child’s coach?
Coaches receive their rosters on March 28.  You should receive a call/email from your child’s coach by April 5.  If you do not hear from them by this time, call Donner Center at (812)376-2680.

Can my child change teams if he/she cannot make it to practice?
NO.  Instead, we require coaches not to cut a child’s playing time simply because the child is not able to get to practice.

What if I have a problem?
See your coach first.  If that does not help, contact your Division Manager.

What about uniforms?
Each player ages 4-8 will receive hats and t-shirts which are sponsored by local businesses.  Coaches will distribute uniforms prior to the first game.

How can I get involved?
We are always looking for people to assist in any way and in particular, volunteers to serve on our Baseball Board and coaches!  Call Patrick Senn at (812)376-2680 at Parks and Recreation.

How do I find out about cancellations?
Parks and Recreation will make the call about game cancellations (ages 4-12).  You can always find out the status of a game by calling our Activity Line (812)376-2682 or checking our Facebook page.  Practice cancellations are decided by each individual coach.
