Help make a difference while simply shopping for your groceries! By scanning your Kroger Plus Card at your Kroger store you can help us to provide free hockey equipment to our local youth hockey league.
- Visit krogercommunityrewards.com
- If you already have an online rewards account select the sign in button. If you have not yet set up an account, select Create and Account.
- Once you are logged into your account click on your name on the upper right hand side and select My Account.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page. Under Community Rewards select Enroll.
- Update your contact information and select Enter.
- Enter the Organization Number (30031) and select Search.
- Select Columbus Park Foundation – Hockey Scholarships and select Enroll.
- Done!
